1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Fierce Builds LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the MapScout SEO software platform, located at https://mapscoutseo.com, including all related features, APIs, and dashboard tools.

By signing up for an account, accessing a free trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Free Trial & Scan Limits

MapScout provides new registered accounts with a limited free trial comprising 1 active tracked business location and up to 3 lifetime geo-grid scans without requiring an upfront credit card.

We reserve the right to prevent automated abuse, duplicate account creation, or artificial manipulation of free trial limits. Once trial scans are exhausted, access to additional scans requires upgrading to a paid plan.

3. Subscription Tiers & Billing

MapScout offers recurring monthly and annual subscription tiers:

• Starter ($29/month): Up to 5 active campaigns, 50 scans per month, 3x3 Geo-Grid audits.
• Professional ($79/month): Up to 20 active campaigns, 200 scans per month, 3x3 to 11x11 Grid dimensions, AI Battle Plans.
• Agency Pro ($199/month): Up to 100 active campaigns, 1,000 scans per month, white-label reports, Slack webhooks, and API access.

Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring monthly or annual billing cycle via Stripe unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings or billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.

4. Technical Infrastructure & Data Services

MapScout utilizes cloud infrastructure provided by Vercel (hosting/CDN) and Supabase (authentication/database). While we target high uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to third-party search engines or mapping services, as ranking results may fluctuate based on external algorithmic updates.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the MapScout platform or database backend.
• Use the service to conduct Denial of Service (DoS) attacks or deliberately exhaust scan infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or rent access to your individual MapScout login to unauthorized third parties (except as permitted under white-label agency client reporting features).

6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, UI designs, codebases, the Share of Local Voice (SoLV™) methodology, AI Battle Plan heuristics, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Fierce Builds LLC.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL FIERCE BUILDS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR CHANGES IN GOOGLE MAPS RANKINGS.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
